Optimal design solutions of concrete bridges considering environmental impact and investment cost

Bridges contributes considerably to the global consumption of energy and materials and to the emission of pollutants. The main objective is to introduction the investment cost as well as the environmental impact in the early design stage of reinforced concrete beam bridges. The outcome of the project will help the designers to choose the most optimal solution in terms of static system and deck dimensions.
