Human-induced vibrations of footbridges

The research work considers footbridge dynamics in general and human-structure interaction effects in particular. The main focus is on developing time-efficient numerical models for prediction of the dynamic response of a footbridge with consideration of the human-structure interaction effect. Experimental tests are also performed for verification purposes.
