The aim of Building technology is to adapt buildings to the needs of their users within the frames given by a sustainable society through development in design, construction and dimensioning, and also through the building process, to improve building constructions and in particular the building envelope to achieve moisture safety, energy efficiency and a healthy indoor climate.
